We never stop pursuing quality
VABLUE has established a total quality management concept to meet customer needs for the purpose of quality management system. The process innovation team composed of employees from different backgrounds holds regular meetings to solve problems in production or explore ideas for process improvement.
From gram weight, thickness, air permeability, breaking strength, thermal shrinkage, elongation at break, bursting strength, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-static, hydrophobicity and other indicators that affect the product performance, the inspection is accompanied from the storage of raw materials to the delivery of finished products.
The filter bags shall be sampled and inspected according to the requirements of GB / T2828-2003, and the sampling rate of each batch of filter bags is 5%
