Description

Nylon


Properties: nylon fiber has high strength, 4-5.3cndex strength and 18% - 45% elongation. At 10% elongation, the elastic recovery rate is more than 90%. The strength of nylon fiber is stronger than that of cotton fiber. According to the test, the wear resistance of nylon fiber is 10 times that of cotton fiber and 50 times that of viscose fiber. Good wear resistance, together with rubber, it is an ideal material for manufacturing automobile tires. Nylon fiber is resistant to strong alkali and weak acid. The strength loss can be neglected after treated with Nao (10%) at 95 ℃ for 16 hours, but the nylon fabric is not light resistant and easy to change color and become brittle, so it is not suitable for long-term exposure to sunlight. Nylon 66 can not be used to restrict food manufacturers, because it is toxic and harmful to human health.

Application: rubber, ceramics, pharmacy, food, metallurgy, etc.

Polyester fiber


Material performance: acid and weak alkali resistance. Wear resistance, corrosion resistance, recovery is very good, conductivity is very poor.

Heat resistance: 120 ℃, elongation at break (%): 20-50, breaking strength (g / D): 438,

Melting point (℃): 238.240, melting point (℃): 255-260. Specific gravity: 1.38.

Classification of filter cloth: polyester long fiber filter cloth, polyester short fiber filter cloth.


Filtration performance: polyester long fiber filter cloth has smooth surface, good wear resistance and high strength. After twisting, it has higher strength and better wear resistance, so the fabric has good air permeability, fast water leakage and convenient cleaning. Polyester short fiber filter fabric has short and hairy raw material structure, dense fabric, good particle retention, but poor peeling and air permeability. The strength, wear resistance and water leakage are not as good as polyester long fiber filter cloth.


Application: pharmaceutical, food, chemical, metallurgy, industrial filter press, centrifuge filter cloth, etc.

Polypropylene fiber


Material properties: good acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, good conductivity, slightly better recovery than polyester, poor corrosion resistance.


Heat resistance: slight shrinkage at 90 ℃. Elongation at break (%): 18-35.


Breaking strength (g / D): 4.5-9. Softening point (℃): 140-160.


Melting point (℃): 165-173. Specific gravity: 0.9l.


Filter cloth classification: polypropylene short fiber filter cloth; polypropylene long fiber filter cloth.


Filtration performance: polypropylene short fiber, short fiber, spun yarn with wool; polypropylene long fiber, long fiber, smooth yarn, so polypropylene short fiber woven industrial cloth, cloth with wool, powder filtration and pressure filtration effect are better than long fiber. The industrial cloth made of polypropylene long fiber has smooth surface and good air permeability.


Uses: chemical, ceramic, pharmaceutical, smelting, manufacturing, mineral processing as filter bottom
