PTFE filter bag

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a kind of high molecular compound, which has stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, especially better acid resistance. It has almost complete chemical inertia and will expand only when exposed to fluorinated hydrocarbons. It has high temperature resistance, stable physical and chemical properties below 300 ℃ and unstable activity above 300 ℃. PTFE material has minimal surface tension in solid materials and almost no adhesion No matter. The actual temperature of filter bag should be controlled below 260 ℃

Description

The operating temperature of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter bag is 240 ℃ - 260 ℃. It has excellent chemical stability and heat resistance, strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance within pH value range, strong oxidant corrosion resistance, good hydrolysis resistance, good flame retardancy, insulation, heat insulation, light stability, low friction coefficient and low adhesion. PTFE filter material has excellent filtration efficiency, low and stable pressure difference and easy ash cleaning.


Maximum Continuous in Dry Conditions:  260°C / 500°F
Maximum Surge in Dry Conditions:  280°C / 536°F
