Plastic Ring Holt-melting filter bag

Using high-tech digital multi-point welding equipment, full welding process, eliminate the liquid side leakage phenomenon caused by needle seam, effectively avoid the leakage problem of needle eye, welding filter bag diameter more than 50 mm, arc position, middle seam, bag side, including the current general U-shape, cylinder (barrel) and other special shapes. Common filter bags of various specifications and sizes are made. After welding, the welding position is as soft and hard as raw materials. The same position can be welded up to 6 layers, and the side line can be locked at will as secondary insurance. It is suitable for the environment with higher precision requirements.

2. Maximum working temperature: Polypropylene 90 ℃, polyester 150 ℃

3. Maximum pressure difference: 2.5bar

4. Replacement pressure: 0.8-1.5bar

5. The pressure difference of bag filter directly affects the flow rate. When the pressure difference is 0.2 MPa, a new filter bag must be replaced. The particle content and viscosity of the medium will affect the service life of the filter bag.
