Description
There are many kinds of dust filter cartridge, which can be divided into thin and long and thick and short. Slender filter cartridge (such as φ ≤ 160, l = 1 ~ 2m) has large gap and angle between folds (such as 45 folds), less and shallow folds, and its filtering area is 2 ~ 5 times larger than that of filter bag with the same diameter and length, so it is easy and effective to remove dust; it is suitable for filtering dust with concentration ≥ 15g / m, and the filtering wind speed is 0.6 ~ 1.2m/min. The coarse and short filter cartridge (such as φ 350, l = 0.66M) has large diameter, short length, many folds (120-350 folds) and deep, small gap between folds, and large filtration area, which is 14-35 times larger than that of the same diameter and length filter bag, so it is suitable for small site area and small space layout; however, due to small fold angle, dust is easy to accumulate and difficult to clean, so it is suitable for dust filtration with concentration ≤ 5g / m, and the filtration wind speed should not be > 0.6m/min.
