VABLUE suggests that the installation of filter bags should be carried out under the guidance of professional personnel to avoid unnecessary damage to the filter bags. VABLUE and thinks this procedure is necessary

——Take the installation of filter bags above the orifice plate as an example (for other filter bags, you can call or ask for information)

Preparation

Before opening the packing box of filter bag:

A. Ensure that the filter bag / filter bag frame assembly used has been removed from the hole of the pattern board (for users who have used filter bags).

B. Make sure that the board and the board walls are cleaned, dust and other debris are removed.

C. Ensure that the inside of the plate hole is clean to ensure that the groove spring coil is accurately sealed with the flower plate opening.

D. Make sure that the filter bag frame is free of bending, damage, burr and other defects that may damage the filter bag

E. Ensure that the filter bag frame bayonet interface is firmly installed (for two or more sections of keel).

F. Take out the filter bag from the special packing box and install the sleeve. These sleeves are cloth tubes with openings at both ends and metal rings at one end.

G. Insert the sleeve into the hole of the pattern board and place the metal ring on the pattern board.

Installation of filter bag

After taking out the filter bag from the packing box (it must be installed in the hole of the flower board immediately, and it is not allowed to take out the filter bag and put it aside in advance)

A. Hold the open end of the filter bag tightly while keeping the rest of the filter bag folded, and push the folded part of the filter bag into the sleeve to pass through the flower board. After the folding part of the filter bag is opened under the flower board, release the top of the filter bag, and let the groove cushion spring ring stand on the sleeve of the flower board.

B. Let the weight of the filter bag be fixed slowly, and let the metal ring pull out the sleeve from the top of the filter bag. Install the sleeve in the hole of the flower board.

C. Use both hands to hold the slot cushion spring coil (without pulling up the filter bag), and press the spring coil inward with both hands to form a "C" shape. While keeping the spring ring in a "C" shape, place the raised side of the grooved spring ring to the edge of the nearest flower plate hole. One hand holds one side of the installed raised "C" shaped spring ring, and the other hand holds the raised "C" shaped spring ring on the edge of the flower board.

D. One hand holds one side of the raised "C" spring ring, and the other hand slowly stretches the other side of the spring ring. Insert the groove of the spring ring into the hole of the flower plate.

E. If you can't hear the sound of "pa" when the spring ring is fully extended, use the female finger of one hand to push the spring ring to the inner edge of the plate opening, so that the groove of the spring ring is just embedded in the inner edge of the flower plate hole.

F. Under normal circumstances, we should be able to hear the "pa" sound, otherwise, the spring ring will be re buckled from another position into a "C" shape. Lift the spring ring higher than the flower plate, and then repeat the above installation steps.

G. Install the bag frame into the bag. During installation, pay attention to put the frame into the filter bag slowly. If there is a large resistance, pull it back up and then put it down gently. If there is still a large resistance, repeat the operation until it can be put down easily. Prevent the frame corner from scratching the filter bag! Do not make the frame impact the filter bag!

H. Ensure that the filter bag gasket can be well sealed with the hole surface of the flower board.

1. Install the filter bag frame locator or fastening parts, and make sure that the filter bag / filter bag frame gasket works under proper pressure.
