More and more thermal power plants adopt bag type dust removal, which can realize the bag type dust removal of boiler flue gas on the premise of ensuring the normal production of power plant generating units. The emission concentration of flue gas is less than 30mg / m3 (the film covering treatment can be less than 5mg), meeting the requirements of new emission standard and total control of flue gas in thermal power plants.
Main types of boilers
Layer fired boiler
Most of them are chain furnaces. Excessive air is introduced from below the coal seam, which makes the flue gas contain a lot of coal ash and SO3. Fine coal ash particles will absorb a large amount of SO3, which is easy to form acid condensation. Special attention should be paid to the selection of filter materials. We suggest using PTFE deep impregnation treatment
Fluidized bed boiler
In the fixed fluidized bed boiler, air enters from the lower part of the fuel layer, and the fuel layer is blown to boiling state. In the circulating fluidized bed boiler, a large number of particles are blown away from the fuel layer by the air flow, and the combustion particles are separated by the material separator and returned to the furnace. All fluidized beds allow lime to be injected directly into the furnace, which can remove up to 90% of SO2 from the flue gas. The relatively low temperature makes the NOx content in flue gas lower than other combustion methods. Therefore, PPS becomes the best dust removal solution for fluidized bed boiler system because of its good cost performance
Pulverized coal boiler
The ground pulverized coal is fed directly into the furnace. Pulverized coal burns in suspension, but it does not reach the ash melting point. As a result, a large amount of coal ash enters into the flue gas, and the melted pulverized coal particles solidify into small glassy spheres with very low carbon content. It is very difficult for these fine dust to gather. We suggest using superfine fiber, which can filter fine dust on the surface
