Leakage detection process of 500t / D incinerator.
1. After receiving the user's demand for leak detection, we preferred data analysis and leak detection scheme preparation. According to the dust collector model characteristics, equipment maintenance, problem points, filter area, filter precision and so on, the selection of phosphor varieties and estimated quantity.
2. Preparation: confirm the downtime with the manufacturer, prepare 200kg phosphor, 4 leak detection lamps, 4 pairs of protective glasses, marker pen and equipment cleaning.
3. Cooperate with the factory personnel to start leak detection, powder feeding at the specified distance and time, and strictly follow the manufacturing specifications.
4. Many leakage points were found after leak detection, and 132 broken bags were detected. After confirming with the manufacturer, the leakage points were repaired, and then vkh-12 was used for secondary leak detection
5. After the second leak detection operation, the first ignition is successful and there is no leak point.
