Users need to select the phosphor according to the characteristics of the system and the actual situation.
2. Inadequate preparation
The main problems are as follows: the clean gas chamber is not checked and checked in advance, the clean gas chamber has been broken and full of dust, and it is easy to miss small leakage points; the valves of each group are not closed correctly, such as the bypass valve is not closed, which will directly lead to the failure of leakage detection. Improper calculation of powder dosage, etc.
3. Incorrect feeding method
Some powder feeding port is too small, for the convenience of the figure, directly into, resulting in excessive loss of phosphor and powder feeding time is too long.
4. Improper feeding distance
It can be divided into two situations: the phosphor falls into the ash hopper before it can be opened evenly in the pipeline when it is too close to the inlet, which greatly increases the loss; and the unnecessary loss increases when it is too far from the inlet (the pipeline will absorb a large amount of phosphor, if the amount of phosphor is not enough in the leak detection plan, it may not be able to attach enough phosphor in some areas, which is easy to cause missed detection)
5. The powder feeder is also the leak detector
Even with the protection of work clothes, a small amount of phosphor will still be absorbed on the powder feeder. If entering the air purification chamber, it is very easy to bring the phosphor into the air purification chamber, which can not be distinguished from the leaked phosphor in the air purification chamber, and the correct leakage point can not be determined.
