Introduction
DL / T 1514-2016 "life management and evaluation method of filter material for bag filter in thermal power plant", approved by the state energy administration, was issued on January 7, 2016 and implemented from June 1, 2016. This standard is formulated for the first time, proposed by China Federation of electric power enterprises and under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee for environmental protection standardization of electric power industry.
This standard specifies the basic requirements and methods for the life management and evaluation of filter material (bag), which is the core filter element of bag filter. It can guide the end users to conduct scientific evaluation, supervision and management, and use and maintenance for the service life of filter material (bag) on a regular basis, so as to ensure the safety and economy of the operation of bag filter and thermal power unit, and promote the bag filter technology to be more healthy, benign, and feasible Sustainable development.
Life management method of filter material (bag)
Filter material (bag) life management is mainly to monitor and control the operation status of the dust collector, so as to create a good operation environment for the filter material (bag), prolong the service life of the filter material (bag), and reduce the cost of bag replacement in the later stage.
Establishment of filter material (bag) life management file
In order to realize the life-cycle management of filter materials (bags), this standard requires the end-user to start the file management when the new filter materials (bags) arrive. It is stipulated that the life-cycle management file should be established with the precipitator as a whole and each kind of filter materials (bags) used within the lifetime of the precipitator as an individual, and should be kept completely within the lifetime of the precipitator.
The archives shall include the technical agreement, operation manual, certificate and factory inspection report of filter material (bag), operation and maintenance records of filter material (bag) installation, fluorescent powder leakage detection, precoating, daily operation parameters, abnormal handling records, startup and shutdown maintenance, etc.
Establish daily operation management mechanism
The daily operation of bag filter includes start-up, operation, shutdown and other processes. In daily operation, the change or abnormality of operation parameters will affect the normal operation and working performance of the filter. Regular inspection and appropriate adjustment are necessary to prolong the life of filter material (bag).
This standard requires regular inspection and record of daily operation parameters of bag filter, and gives treatment measures in case of abnormal operation parameters. It also makes strict provisions on startup and shutdown maintenance of bag filter, so as to ensure efficient and stable operation of bag filter to the maximum extent.
Daily operation parameters mainly include:
The amount of flue gas treated by bag filter;
Inlet and outlet flue gas temperature of each chamber;
Operating pressure difference of each chamber;
Concentration of O2, SO2 and NOx in flue gas;
Dust emission concentration at outlet;
The pressure of cleaning gas source and cleaning cycle;
Ash hopper level status
Regular monitoring of these parameters can grasp the operation status of the dust collector in real time, find out the abnormality in time and take necessary maintenance measures, and record the start and end time of the abnormality, so as to provide reference for the subsequent life evaluation.
